Dos Cauces, born from the union of two steams of snowmelt that nourish our vines, is a vibrant white blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc. Hand-harvested grapes are gently aged in concrete eggs and stainless steel, preserving bright flavors of melon and peach. Crisp acidity, subtle minerality, and a clean finish reflect both the terroir of the Andes and the dream of our Argentine-American family to honor this land’s rich winemaking heritage.
