By using this website and/or participating in Bandini Wines membership programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership & Billing
- By joining the Bandini Wines Club, you authorize recurring billing of your credit card for allocated shipments, plus applicable shipping, handling, and sales tax.
- Membership is continuous and may be canceled in writing with 30 days’ notice, after the minimum of three (3) club shipments have been received.
- Orders vary depending on seasonal selections. We will notify members prior to billing and shipping.
Order Processing & Adjustments
- Once an order is in processing, no changes can be made. Updates to billing, shipping, or membership preferences must be submitted before processing.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or absence of an eligible recipient, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Policy
- Federal law requires an adult (21+) signature at delivery. Wine cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Bandini Wines reserves the right to hold shipments if extreme weather conditions could damage the wine.
Limitation of Liability
Bandini Wines is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, extreme weather, or factors outside our control. Our responsibility is limited to replacing or refunding products at our discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bandini Wines operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
